Sponsorship Interest Form and payment  

We appreciate our sponsors.  And hope you'll join us in this partnership. The Covid epidemic has dramatically changed how companies engage with their existing customers and interact with potential clients. Virtual events are here to stay, but in-person and hybrid events are also on the return. ARMA New England is offering the following "a la carte" sponsorship options for 2023 so sponsors can better align their marketing goals and business objectives throughout the year and maximize ROI. We have multiple levels that can fit any company.

Meeting Sponsor Level

Annual Investment: $500

  • Participation at one scheduled ARMA NE programming event per year includes:
    • Self-introduction of your company services at beginning of the event (maximum of 3 minutes).
    • Access to meeting participant list.
    • Two free registrations to your event.
  • Inclusion of your company name, brief description of services, and link to company material in ARMA NE’s quarterly newsletter.
    • Reposting of relevant company activity through ARMA NE Social Media including LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Announcement of your new/renewed sponsorship on ARMANE.org website and newsletter
  • Your company name and logo displayed on the homepage of ARMANE.org visible to all chapter website visitors.
  • A description of your company, products/services and link(s) to your company homepage posted on our website.

 

Social Media Level

Annual Investment: $300

  • Inclusion of your company name, brief description of services, and link to company material in ARMA NE’s quarterly newsletter.
    • Reposting of relevant company activity through ARMA NE Social Media including LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Announcement of your new/renewed sponsorship on ARMANE.org website and newsletter.
  • Your company name and logo displayed on the homepage of ARMANE.org visible to all chapter website visitors.
  • A description of your company, products/services and link(s) to your company homepage posted on our website.

 

Single Meeting Sponsor

Annual Investment: $250

  • Recognition at one scheduled ARMA NE programming event per year includes:
    • Self-introduction of your company services at beginning of the event (maximum of 3 minutes).

Advertising Level

Annual Investment: $200

  • Announcement of your new/renewed sponsorship on ARMANE.org website and newsletter.
  • Your company name and logo displayed on the homepage of ARMANE.org visible to all chapter website visitors.
  • A description of your company, products/services and link(s) to your company homepage posted on our website.
