Meet Ray Jansak! Ray has over 35 years of records and information management experience. Most recently, he has worked for the past 20 years through progressively responsible jobs for the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation (owners of Foxwoods Resort Casino) and is presently the Director of Records Management for their enterprise-wide Records Management Program. Prior to this, he worked for 15 years at Northeast Utilities (Eversource) in Nuclear document and information management.

Meet Robert Ridgway! Robert is a day one employee of Mohegan Sun. There are only a few original employees left. (100 out of 7,000!). Robert has functioned within the Mohegan Tribe since October 2008.  His supervisory role at Mohegan includes RIM/IG and secure document destruction.

By chance, he met the Bridgeport City Archivist at a function many years ago in college and hit it off immediately. A continuing internship was created for Robert and it was the Bridgeport Archivist’s passion and enthusiasm that put him on the RIM/IG career path.
